Janee Overpeck provides comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients of all ages, including including imaging, cleanings, evaluations, tooth and gum treatments, and patient education to improve oral wellness.

About Janee Overpeck, RDH: 

Janee was drawn to a dental career to help others and has a passion for helping patients properly care for their teeth and gums. “I enjoy teaching my patients how they can better care for their smile, and it’s really rewarding to watch their oral healthcare improve at each appointment. Many people don’t realize the strong relationship between their oral health and their overall health. It is fulfilling to educate my patients about how taking care of their dental needs improves their entire well-being,” she shares.

She is excited to deliver care in her home community and increase access to dental services for underserved families throughout Bradford County. “I chose Laurel Health’s dental program because we’re increasing access to care for everyone and have built a positive, upbeat office atmosphere that’s a great place to grow a dental career and serve patients in need.”

In her free time, she enjoys long-distance running, lifting, watching football, and spending time with friends and family. “As a family, we love to camp, hike, eat good food, and spend as much time together as we can.” 

Education: 

Janee received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and volunteered with the college’s outreach programs like “Sealant Saturday” to provide dental sealants to children in need.
