Rachelle Schultes is a certified registered family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) who treats patients of all ages. She specializes in treating both acute and chronic health conditions. Rachelle is dedicated to empowering people with the tools they need to live healthier lives, including the importance of preventive screenings in staying well and one-on-one education to better manage health conditions.

About Rachelle Schultes, FNP-C:

“I’m passionate about helping my patients enjoy their lives so they can spend more time doing the things they love without feeling hindered by illness. I partner with them to support and maintain their wellness. My goal is that every one of my patients leaves their appointment feeling listened to, cared for, and helped in a practical way.”

Her prior experience includes both outpatient and inpatient care, including a background in intensive care where she saw critically ill patients and trained clinical staff on operational and safety procedures.

“I chose Laurel Health because I share the same core belief that every patient is a unique individual deserving high quality, personalized care," she adds. "I'm excited to serve my community—not only through treating health problems but also through building a trusted relationship with each person and caring for them holistically to keep them healthy.”

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, “especially with my wonderful husband and son.” She also enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, embroidery, running, and baking.

Education:

Rachelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University in Colorado and her Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Binghamton in New York with a focus on family medicine practice.
