Laurel Health has worked diligently to expand its family medicine, mental health, and dental services in Bradford County to better meet local demand. We offer dentistry at two offices in Towanda, PA, and recently launched our brand-new Laurel Health Center in downtown Towanda featuring primary care, mental health services, acute care, women's health, and chronic condition management. 
 

Health Services 

Our new Towanda Laurel Health Center is located in downtown Towanda, PA at 410 Main St. in Suites 101 to 104. The Towanda center is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Towanda Laurel Health Center offers:

• Comprehensive family medicine and primary care
• Mental and behavioral health services
• Acute care for illnesses and injuries like colds, flu, sprains, coughs, rashes, pink eye, urinary tract infections (UTIs), and GI upset
• Chronic condition management (e.g., arthritis, heart or lung disease, diabetes, hypertension, and kidney issues)
• Preventive wellness care like physicals, well child checks, immunizations, and health screenings

Sliding Fee Program

The Laurel Health Centers believe in affordable care for everyone, and we are committed to helping patients access the care they need. As a federally qualified community health center (FQHC), the Towanda Laurel Health Center is committed to caring for all patients regardless of their ability to pay and offers a sliding fee program which provides financial support to income-eligible families to help with coverage gaps, co-pays, medications, and deductibles. 

If cost is a barrier to your care, we encourage you to ask about our sliding fee program. Through this program, we can slide fees based on a patient's income, making our services more affordable for everyone.

Our office takes a collaborative approach to leverage an entire team of providers to support your care and proactively coordinates healthcare between providers as needed to make getting the care you need easier and faster. The Towanda Laurel Health Center is led by a team of experienced providers, including Beth Geiger, FNP-C, DNP, Daniel Branzburg, CRNP, and Shannon Nobles, PMHNP-BC.

Beth Geiger, FNP-C, DNP, is certified registered family nurse practitioner. She brings over 15 years of nursing expertise to the team with a passion for women’s health and wellness care. Her clinical background includes emergency medicine, acute inpatient care, family medicine, and long-term care, all of which have provided her in-depth experience treating a wide variety of healthcare needs in patients of all ages. Her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is the highest level of education for nurse practitioners and is designed to cultivate nursing leaders who collaborate with their teams on patient care strategies and policies. Beth enjoys working together with her patients to develop and maintain realistic healthy habits that will improve their quality of life.

Daniel Branzburg, CRNP, is a certified registered nurse practitioner, and he has a background in family medicine and primary care with additional clinical experience in inpatient and home health settings. He is especially passionate about preventive wellness care to help patients live healthier lives and enjoys the detective work of investigating how everything fits together to create the big picture of patients’ well-being. Branzburg was drawn to primary care because of the difference it can make in a patient’s life, especially when it comes to intervening early to prevent illness and help people get better faster.

Shannon Nobles, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and she brings 30 years of nursing experience to the team. The growing need for mental health support inspired her to specialize in mental and behavioral health. She and Laurel Health system are committed to eliminating the stigma regarding mental health to assure patients feel comfortable accessing the services they need. Shannon Nobles provides comprehensive therapy, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. She specializes in treating a wide array of mental and behavioral health conditions, and she is especially passionate about treating trauma.
