Samantha Ordiway, MHA, COO

Samantha Ordiway is the Chief Operating Officer for Laurel Health, which is comprised of the Laurel Health Centers, Laurel Behavioral Health, Laurel Dental, Laurel Pediatrics, and the Laurel Health & Wellness Center (known collectively as North Penn Comprehensive Health Services). 

She joined Laurel Health’s executive leadership team in 2021.

Previously, she served as Director of Corporate Strategy with oversight for our mobile health program and system expansion projects, including the renovation of the Lawrenceville Laurel Health Center and three new sites in Towanda, PA: the Towanda Laurel Health Center and two Laurel Dental Towanda offices, located at York Avenue and the Progress Plaza. 

Samantha has an extensive background in managing healthcare operations and development in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting, including overseeing community health centers, quality initiatives, large-scale operational strategy, site construction, service expansions, and program implementations.

She attended St. James School of Radiology in Hornell to obtain her Radiology Technologist certification and completed her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in health administration from Roberts Wesleyan College.
