The Laurel Health Centers wish everyone a healthy Memorial Day weekend to connect with friends and family as we remember and honor the service and sacrifice of so many.
All Laurel Health sites will be closed on Monday, May 29 in recognition of the Memorial Day holiday. This includes all seven Laurel Health Centers, all three Laurel Dental sites, Laurel Pediatrics, and Laurel Behavioral Health, now located within the Laurel Health & Wellness Center.
Our 24/7 nurse triage team will be available to help address non-urgent health questions and review appointments after hours; simply call your LHC office to be automatically connected after-hours. If you need immediate medical assistance over the holiday, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
