Laurel Health is pleased to announce that Rachelle Schultes, certified registered family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), has joined the Lawrenceville Laurel Health Center, located at 32 East Lawrence Rd. in Lawrenceville, PA. She is accepting new patients of all ages.

Rachelle Schultes is board certified in family medicine and specializes in treating both acute and chronic health conditions. She is dedicated to empowering people with the tools they need to live healthier lives, including the importance of preventive screenings in staying well and one-on-one education to better manage health conditions. 

“I’m passionate about helping my patients enjoy their lives so they can spend more time doing the things they love without feeling hindered by illness,” she explains. “I partner with patients to support and maintain their wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University in Colorado and her Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Binghamton in New York with a focus on family medicine practice. Her prior experience includes both outpatient and inpatient care with a background in intensive care where she treated critically ill patients and trained clinical staff on operational and safety procedures.

“I chose Laurel Health because I share the same core belief that every patient is a unique individual deserving high quality, personalized care. I'm excited to serve my community—not only through treating health problems but also through building a trusted relationship with each person and caring for them holistically to keep them healthy.”

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, “especially with my wonderful husband and my sweet three-month old baby boy,” she adds. She also enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, embroidery, running, and baking.
