The Laurel Health Centers wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! We give thanks for our wonderful patients, the trust you place in us, and the incredible dedication of our staff, who keep our patients front and center every day. We are thankful every day to our entire Laurel Health team for providing expert guidance, compassionate care, vital services, and important health outreach to our communities.

To assure our staff can give thanks with family and friends, all of our sites will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (11/28/2024).

Most Laurel Health offices will remain closed on Black Friday, but the following Laurel Health sites will re-open for regular business hours on Friday, November 29th (11/29/2024):

Family medicine appointments and walk-in care services (no appointment needed) are available at the Mansfield, Troy, and Wellsboro Laurel Health Centers on Friday, November 29, 2024.
