The Laurel Health Centers wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! We give thanks for our wonderful patients, the trust you place in us, and the incredible dedication of our staff, who keep our patients front and center every day. We are thankful every day to our entire Laurel Health team for providing expert guidance, compassionate care, vital services, and important health outreach to our communities.

To assure our staff can give thanks with family and friends, all of our sites will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (11/27/2025). Most Laurel Health offices will remain closed on Black Friday (11/28/2025), but select Laurel Health walk-in care sites and dental clinics will be open on Black Friday with adjusted holiday hours.

Walk-in care will be available on November 28, 2025, from 8 am - 4:30 pm at the Wellsboro, Mansfield, and Troy Laurel Health Centers:
