Construction May Impact Drive to Mansfield and Troy Laurel Health Centers

As of June 2024, there are construction detours in place near our Mansfield and Troy Laurel Health Centers to accommodate planned construction work in Mansfield, PA, and bridge repair in Troy, PA.
While our offices will remain accessible throughout construction, these projects may temporarily impact your route to or from our offices in these areas.
Detour Information for Mansfield, PA Construction
PennDOT's bridge and road repair project has begun in Mansfield, PA, and it is expected to be completed in stages. Our Mansfield Laurel Health Center (416 S Main St.) and Laurel Behavioral Health office (40 West Wellsboro St.) will remain accessible throughout all phases of construction.
If you drive to our Wellsboro offices from Mansfield, please be aware that a temporary detour for Rt. 6 westbound traffic was implemented on June 10, 2024, for the bridge construction. Traffic times may be impacted. We recommend planning extra time to get to your appointment when possible. Eastbound traffic into Mansfield will continue to travel through the bridge construction zone at this time.

Detour Information for Troy, PA Construction
Following damage to a bridge over Sugar Creek in Bradford County on June 12, 2024, Route 6 has been temporarily closed in both directions between Leona Rd. and Mud Creek Rd. in Troy, PA. A detour has been put in place using Leona Road, Route 4014 (Springfield Road), and Route 14 to bypass the area. It is currently unknown exactly how long this detour will be in place, but it is expected to remain through at least August.
If you have an upcoming appointment at the Troy Laurel Health Center or Laurel Dental Troy, both located at 45 Mud Creek Rd., please be alert for detour road signs.
