Laurel Health Expands Care into Sullivan County with Laporte Clinic

Laurel Health was recently approached about assisting with dental and primary care services in Sullivan County. Our team acted quickly to help address a community need and avoid the loss of a key health resource in the area as former tenants retired or withdrew operations from the county. The former Sullivan County Medical Center and Sullivan County Dental Clinic will both transition to Laurel Health's ownership to become the Sullivan County Laurel Health Center, located at 217 King Street in Laporte, PA.
Supporting Children's Dental Health with Wellness Education

Children at Penny's Daycare Center were all smiles as Laura Brannaka, registered dental hygienist with the Laurel Health Centers, stopped by to teach the kids about the importance of dental health and how to care for their teeth. The classes got a firsthand look at the special tools used to keep their teeth healthy and what to expect during a visit to the dentist. Thank you so much for having us!
Brandyn Choplosky, PA-C, Joins the Laurel Health Centers

Brandyn Choplosky, certified physician assistant (PA-C), is accepting new patients of all ages at the Wellsboro and Mansfield Laurel Health Centers. Steve Willmot, LPC, Joins Laurel Behavioral Health

Steve Willmot, licensed professional counselor (LPC), has joined Laurel Behavioral Health. He brings over 30 years of comprehensive experience to the team and is accepting new patients of all ages at the Troy and Towanda Laurel Health Centers in Bradford County, PA. He is also seeing patients at the Laurel Behavioral Health outpatient office, located within the Laurel Health & Wellness Center in Mansfield, PA. Tami Hite, CRNP, Joins Mansfield Laurel Health Center

Tami Hite, certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP), has joined the Mansfield Laurel Health Center, located at 416 South Main St. in Mansfield, PA. She is seeing patients of all ages with a focus on treating acute conditions through the center’s walk-in care program. Walk-in care is available at the Mansfield Laurel Health Center Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. To learn more, call 570-662-2002.
